Ooh! I love these bright orange robes. I want one. Did you know that girls can't touch these monks? Riley and Ian could touch them but Ella and I were not allowed to even risk brushing against them because we would 'soil' them. I must admit, despite being totally in awe of the cultural aspects behind this custom, it didn't sit well with me on a very deep level. I know I'm not meant to take such things personally but it was still surreal.
