According to inscriptions, the construction of Angkor Wat involved 300,000 workers and 6000 elephants yet was still not fully completed. We did a bit of a whirlwind tour of the Wat as we had 2 more that we really wanted to see and our flight back to Phnom Penh left at 2pm. I feel really blessed to have had an opportunity to visit such an amazing place.
