Had a lovely evening out last night to celebrate Australia Day. It was held at the Australian Embassy and it was bigger than Ben Hur! Over 500 guest from all sorts of places. It was quite a formal occasion with all the p's and q's being minded. The food was sensational. the Cambodians really know how to cater let me tell you. Meat pies, lamingtons, prawns, lamb, amazing fresh smoked salmon...even a chocolate fountain!
